Worx Racing X HP Tuners Remote Tuning Device (RTD) - RENTAL

Need the RTD for a single tune session? The rental option gives you everything the purchased device offers; Bluetooth smartphone connection, full tune library access and diagnostic capabilities — with the option to return the hardware after use for a partial refund.

You pay the full device price upfront. Complete your tune, return the RTD and cable in original condition, and Worx will issue a partial refund once the items have been received and inspected. Your tuning licence stays with you permanently.

How the rental process works

1. Purchase the rental at full price
2. Receive the device and complete your tune using the Worx step-by-step video guides
3. Package and return the RTD and cable to Worx in original condition using a tracked shipping service
4. Worx inspects the returned items and confirms receipt
5. A partial refund is issued to your original payment method — refund amount TBC

What you still need to purchase separately

• The correct connection cable for your ski — also available as a rental
• A tuning licence for your ski's VIN — this is a permanent purchase and is not part of the refund

Important rental conditions

• Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition for the refund to be processed
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Worx will confirm receipt and condition before processing any refund
• Tuning licences are non-refundable once activated
• Refund amount and processing timeline will be confirmed at time of purchase — currently TBC
