What each stage does
The WORX GP SVHO stage kits bring together the performance parts we fit to our own GP, matched to each other and to the 2021 to 2026 Yamaha GP SVHO. Every kit starts with the same Stage 1 tune and pump upgrades. From there you can add the Handling Kit, the Power Kit, or go all the way to Stage 3 with both. Buying the parts as a kit saves you money over buying them one by one, and takes the guesswork out of what works together.
Tune and pump
The foundation of every GP kit and the best value place to start. A WORX ECU reflash with a Solas impeller pitched to suit it, plus the pump work that puts the power into the water. A tune on a stock impeller gives most of itself back.

Skis this does not fit
- GP HO, GP1800R HO and GP1900 HO models. These are not supercharged.
- 2017 to 2020 GP1800R SVHO. Earlier hull and steering. Ask us about parts for these skis.

Every tuned WORX ski needs 98 octane
Every WORX tune is mapped on 98 octane. Fill up with 98 every time. If 98 is not available where you ride, tell us before you send your ECU in.
Frequently asked questions
Which skis do these kits fit?
The 2021 to 2023 GP1800R SVHO, the 2024 GP1800R SVHO and the 2025 to 2026 GP SVHO. They do not fit the GP HO models, which are not supercharged. Not sure about your ski? Email info@worx.com.au with your model and year.
Do I need a different impeller after a WORX ECU reflash?
Yes. A reflash lifts the rev limit, and the stock impeller is pitched for stock rpm, so without a change you give away most of what the tune does. Stage 1 includes the Solas YV-CD-13/18 Concord, the pitch we supply for a reflashed SVHO.
How does the ECU reflash work?
Once you order, we email you the ECU send in form. Post your ECU to WORX and we reflash it within 1 to 2 business days. Your reflashed ECU and all of your kit parts then ship back together in one box, ready to fit.
What fuel does a tuned GP need?
98 octane, every time you fill it. Every WORX tune is mapped on 98. On 95 or 91 the engine pulls timing to protect itself, so you lose the gain you paid for, and running it hard on low octane risks damage.
Which ribbon remover fits a 2021 GP SVHO?
The 2018+ SVHO ribbon remover. The earlier WORX ribbon remover suits 2014 to 2017 SVHO, all SHO and 2013+ HO, and does not fit your ski. The 2018+ version is the one in the Power Kit.
Can I start with Stage 1 and add a kit later?
Yes. Every part in the Handling and Power Kits is also sold on its own, so you can build up over time. Buying the full kit up front gives you the kit saving.

That stage shows as sold out until every part is back in stock. Email info@worx.com.au and we can reserve one for you.
