Rear Exit Exhaust Kits

Rear Exit Exhaust FAQs

Will I need to drill holes to fit a rear exit kit?

Yes. Every rear exit kit needs drilling: holes for the dress ring, plus a hole saw cut for the exhaust hose and bulkhead. Tools, drill bits and sealant are not included.

Does a drilling template come with the kit?

Some of our newer kits, including the Spark single and dual kits, the JetBlaster and the GP & VX kit, include a 3D printed drilling template. Older kits use a paper template. Check the product page for what comes with your kit.

How long does a rear exit kit take to fit?

Allow a couple of hours to an afternoon. It's a job you can do at home.

Will a rear exit kit fit my 3 seater Spark?

No. The Spark rear exit kits don't fit 3 seater Sparks. For those, the Sea-Doo Spark Free Flow Exhaust Kit (WR04008) fits 2 and 3 seater Sparks, including iBR models.

What does the silicone hose do?

It helps reduce drone and resonance, and every WORX rear exit kit uses one. You get a deep, throaty note without the drone of an aluminium tube setup.
