Sea-Doo Spark and Spark Trixx Stage Kits
Fits 2014 to 2026 Spark and Trixx with the black ME17 ECU, including the 3UP. Not for MG1 or 60hp Sparks. 3UP Sparks take the free flow exhaust only. Check your ECU
What is in your kit
Stage 1Spark ME17 ECU Reflash5.0 (6)A tune for your engine computer, done by us in house
Send us your stock ME17 Spark ECU and we reflash it at WORX with our proven Spark tune. We reflash it within 1 to 2 business days of it arriving and it comes back in the same box as the rest of your kit. Tuned skis run on 98 octane.
Stage 1Solas SK-CD-12/14 Impeller5.0 (4)The propeller inside your jet pump, matched to the tune
The stainless Solas impeller we pair with the WORX Spark tune. A reflash lets the engine rev further, and this impeller is pitched to use it, for stronger acceleration out of the hole.
Stage 1Solas Impeller Tool5.0 (4)The tool you need to swap the impeller at home
Holds the Solas impeller hub so you can fit and remove it cleanly without damaging the impeller or driveshaft. The right tool for a home install.
Stage 1Solas Stainless Wear Ring4.3 (4)The ring the impeller spins inside, in stainless steel
A stainless steel replacement for the factory Spark wear ring. Tougher than stock, it keeps the impeller clearance tight so the pump holds on to what the new impeller gives you.
Handling KitSpark Intake Grate5.0 (5)The grille under the ski where water enters the pump
Replaces the flexy factory plastic grate with a strong aluminium one. Better water flow into the pump means stronger hook up, less cavitation and sharper handling.
Handling KitSpark Pump Seal Kit5.0 (2)Seals gaps in the pump so it grips the water better
Fills the cavities in the pump shoe that cause cavitation, so the pump hooks up harder with the WORX intake grate. Made to suit the WORX intake grate in this kit.
Handling KitSpark Sponsons With Insert5.0 (4)Fins on the sides of the hull that help it grip in turns
Built in our Gold Coast workshop with four mounting positions so you can set them up for how you ride. Race Series grips hard in corners and steadies the Spark in chop. Play Series has a slimmer paddle for a looser, slide friendly feel. Both come with your pick of insert colour.
Power KitSpark Exhaust5.0 (10)A silicone hose that replaces the factory muffler for a deeper sound
Replaces the restrictive factory sound box with a WORX silicone hose for a deeper note and sharper throttle response. The free flow keeps the factory exit and fits every Spark, including the 3UP. The single and dual rear exit kits add anodised billet outlets in Stealth Black, Race Red or Nitro Blue, and fit the Spark 2UP and Trixx 1UP and 2UP.
Power KitSpark Ribbon Remover5.0 (6)Lets the engine breathe more freely. Five minute install
A billet, tapered replacement for the factory intake ribbon that lets the engine breathe more freely. One of the quickest installs in the kit.
Power KitSpark Air Filter Kit5.0 (10)Lets more air into the engine than the stock airbox
Replaces the restrictive stock air box with a marine grade filter, machined alloy tube and high temperature silicone coupler. Fits every Spark model.
Power KitSpark Oil Catch Can5.0 (1)Catches oil mist from the engine before it reaches the intake
A billet catch can with a baffled design that stops oil vapour going back into the intake, keeping the intake clean and the engine healthy. Fits every Spark model.

Which skis do these kits fit?
Not the 2027 Spark: it has a new engine and these kits do not fit it. The 2014 to 2026 Sea-Doo Spark and Spark Trixx with the black ME17 ECU, in 1UP, 2UP and 3UP. On a 3UP, pick the free flow exhaust: the single and dual rear exit kits fit the 2UP and Trixx 1UP and 2UP only. Some 2024 onwards Sparks have the silver MG1 ECU, and these kits do not cover them. Don't go by the year: pop off the small access hatch on the side of the hull and look at the ECU on top of the airbox. Black plastic is ME17, a silver metal case is MG1. Not sure? Email info@worx.com.au with your model, year and a photo of your ECU.
How do I know if my Spark is a 90hp?
WORX Spark stage kits are built for the 90hp Sea-Doo Spark. Here is how to check yours in a couple of minutes.
- Is it a Trixx or a 3 seater? Then it left the factory as a 90hp. Every Spark Trixx and every 3 seat Spark from 2014 to 2026 was built with the 90hp engine.
- Check for Sport mode. Hold the MODE button under the display for about 3 seconds. If the screen shows SPORT MODE ACTIVATED, your Spark is a 90hp. The 60hp does not have Sport mode.
- Is it a 2014 to 2023 Spark with a reverse lever on the left handlebar? That is iBR, and on those years iBR only came on the 90hp. From 2024 every Spark has the lever, so this check only works up to 2023.
- Check your paperwork. On the invoice or rego papers, "900 ACE 60" or "Spark 900 ACE" means 60hp. "900 HO ACE" or "900 ACE 90" means 90hp. A model number starting with 61 is a 60hp.
- Still not sure? Email info@worx.com.au with your year, your hull number (HIN) and a photo of your display, and the WORX team will help you check before you order.
I have a 60hp Spark. Will these kits suit it?
A 60hp Spark needs the Sea-Doo 90hp upgrade before we can tune it. Please email info@worx.com.au before you order and we will help you work out what your ski needs.
Do I need a different impeller after a WORX ECU reflash?
Yes. A reflash lets the engine rev further, and the stock impeller is pitched for stock rpm, so without a change you give away most of what the tune does. Stage 1 includes the Solas SK-CD-12/14, the impeller we pair with the WORX Spark tune.
How does the ECU reflash work?
Your ECU is the small computer that runs your engine. Pop off the small access hatch on the side of the hull, unplug the ECU from the top of the airbox and post it to us with tracked postage. You pay the postage to send it to us, and the shipping on your order covers its trip back. Your order confirmation has the steps, our address and the reflash form. We reflash it within 1 to 2 business days of it arriving and send it back by tracked express post, in one box with the rest of your kit.
Can I go back to the stock tune?
Yes. Send your ECU back to us and we return it to stock at cost.
What if my Spark turns out to have the MG1 ECU or is a 60hp?
Get in touch at info@worx.com.au before you send anything. We will contact you and work out the right option for your ski with you.
How long does it take to fit?
It depends on how handy you are. Every part is a home install, and every part comes with an install guide. If you get stuck, email info@worx.com.au.
Will a tune make my Spark less reliable?
Not the way we do it. We balance the rev limit, ignition timing and fuel, and set the tune to run 150 to 200rpm under the limiter. Every WORX tune is written in house and tested by our race team, and needs fresh 98 octane fuel.
Race Series or Play Series sponsons?
Race Series grips harder in corners and keeps the Spark steadier in a straight line and in chop. Play Series has a slimmer paddle so the back breaks loose more easily, for sliding and drifting. Both have four mounting positions.
How long is my ski off the water?
Only while your ECU is with us. Post it in, we reflash it within 1 to 2 business days of it arriving, and it comes back by tracked post with every part in your kit in one box. Fit the parts at home and you are back on the water.
Do I need to drill my hull?
Only if you pick a rear exit exhaust. The sponsons bolt on with no drilling. The free flow kit uses the factory exhaust exit and needs no drilling. The single rear exit needs one hole and the dual needs two, and both come with a 3D printed template so you drill in exactly the right place.
What fuel does a tuned Spark need?
98 octane, every time you fill it. Every WORX tune is mapped on 98. On 95 or 91 the engine pulls timing to protect itself, so you lose the gain you paid for.
Can I start with Stage 1 and add a kit later?
Yes. Every part in the Handling and Power Kits is also sold on its own, so you can build up over time. Buying the full kit up front gives you the kit saving.
Buying it as a gift?
Great idea. The ECU has to come out of the ski and be posted to us, so the person who rides it will need to do that part. Forward them your order confirmation: it has the steps, our address and the reflash form. Questions? Email info@worx.com.au.
What if a part in my kit is out of stock?
That stage shows as sold out until every part is back in stock. Email info@worx.com.au and we can reserve one for you.
