What Shipping Methods are Available?

We Typically utilize Startrack and Australia Post.  For international shipping we use DHL Express, if your delivery address is outside of Australia, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. All international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities while customs policies vary widely country to country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

All items showing in stock and ready to ship will be processed in 1-2 business days from the date of confirmation. Products will be shipped from our Gold Coast Warehouse.  Any orders including a out of stock or backordered product will ship out in full once all products are in stock. To arrange a split delivery please contact us.

How Do I Track My Order?

We have conveniently put a "Track your Order" feature at the top of our website! Put your Tracking number into here and it will show you all the recent updates.
 

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No, you can checkout as a guest, although if you would like to keep upto date with new parts that we release its best to have an account! - Also we wont spam you with sales and product promotions.
