Free Flow Exhausts

Free Flow Exhaust FAQs

Do I have to drill or cut my ski to fit a free flow exhaust?

No. A WORX free flow replaces the stock resonator, so there's no drilling or cutting. The Yamaha 1.8L and Superjet versions use the factory outlet, and the Yamaha 1.8L version can easily go back to stock.

How long does a free flow exhaust take to fit?

It's quick, but it varies from ski to ski. You loosen the OEM resonator hose clamps and swap the resonator for the WORX free flow, but on some skis you have to remove the whole top half of the ski to get to it. On 2017 onwards Sea-Doos (WR04029) it takes about 15 minutes.

Can I fit a free flow exhaust myself?

Yes. It's a job you can do at home, and each product page has the instructions to download.

Which exhaust fits a 3 seater Sea-Doo Spark?

The Sea-Doo Spark Free Flow Exhaust Kit (WR04008) fits 2 and 3 seater Sparks, including iBR models. Our Spark rear exit kits don't fit the 3 seater, so this is the one to go for.

I have a 2017 or newer Sea-Doo, which free flow do I need?

You need WR04029, not the 4-TEC pipe (WR04027). WR04029 fits 2016 onwards RXT-X, RXP-X and GTX Ltd 300, and all 2017 onwards naturally aspirated models including the GTI, GTR, GTX and GTI 900 ACE. It doesn't fit the Spark.
