Built For The GP And VX Hull.
The WORX Racing Yamaha Rear Exhaust Kit is specifically designed for Yamaha GP and VX hulls, 2015 onwards. Contoured rather than flat, our outlet is engineered for a precision, simple fit.
Our redesigned outlet gives your ski a cleaner, more aggressive look and easier fit.
Choose from Stealth Black, Race Red, Nitro Blue or Ultra Violet. Each colour is matched across the Worx Racing range, so your exhaust outlet, sponson inserts, and other Worx components coordinate perfectly for a cohesive, custom built look.
Hear The Difference
Press play to hear the WORX rear exhaust on a Yamaha.
Unlike standard aluminium exhaust tubes, which are prone to resonance and drone, our kit uses a high thread count silicone hose that absorbs vibration and resonance. The result: a deep, throaty exhaust note.
You'll also notice improved throttle response as a bonus of the refined exhaust path.
Precision Fit
Every kit ships with our 3D printed template for accurate, mistake free installation.
Line it up on the hull and you know exactly where to drill before you start. Press play to see how it works.

Installation Instructions
Every kit comes with a 3D printed template and all the marine grade stainless steel bolts and hose clamps you need. Download the instructions, or watch our full step by step install video.
Common questions
Does this kit require drilling?
Yes. The outlet exits through the hull, so you drill one 86mm hole for the outlet plus seven smaller mounting holes. Every kit includes a 3D printed template that locates all of them, pegged into the tow hook holes so the position is fixed before you cut anything. There is a full step by step install video on this page.
Do I need anything that is not in the kit?
The kit includes everything that stays on the ski: silicone hose, billet outlet ring, bulkhead, block off plate, hose clamps, stainless bolts and the drilling template.
You will need to supply an 86mm hole saw, a 6mm drill bit, a 7mm drill bit, Sikaflex or similar marine sealant, and standard hand tools. The Sikaflex is used twice, on the block off plate and on the outlet nozzle, so it is worth having before you start.
Will it fit my ski?
It suits Yamaha GP and VX hulls from 2015 onwards, including the GP1800, GP1800R, GP1800R HO and SVHO, the 2024 onwards GP HO and GP SVHO, VXR, VXS, VX Cruiser HO and VX Limited HO. The full list with year ranges is in the fitment panel above. It does not fit FX models.
How big a job is the install?
Set aside an afternoon. It is more than an outlet swap: you remove the seat support, disconnect the steering cable, trim rod, reverse rod and siphon hose, and pull the pump nozzle to get access. The instructions run to 18 steps and the video covers all of them. If you are comfortable with basic workshop jobs you will manage it.
How much louder is it?
Noticeably deeper rather than simply louder. The high thread count silicone hose absorbs the vibration that makes aluminium tube setups drone, so you get a throaty note without the resonance. There is a sound check video on this page.
