A 3.2 inch billet anodised outlet and a silicone hose that helps reduce drone and exhaust resonance give your ski a cleaner, more aggressive look and a deeper note.

Installation Instructions
Every kit comes with the seven stainless bolts and two hose clamps you need. The instructions include a paper drilling template: print it at actual size. Set aside an afternoon for the 16 steps, and have a 95mm hole saw and marine grade Sikaflex ready before you start.
Common questions
Does this kit require drilling?
Yes. The outlet exits through the hull. You drill a pilot hole, cut the outlet hole with a 95mm (3 3/4 inch) hole saw, then drill seven holes for the M6 mounting bolts. The original stock outlet hole is closed off with the supplied block off plate.
Do I need anything that is not in the kit?
You will need a 95mm hole saw, a drill and bits for the pilot and bolt holes, marine grade Sikaflex to seal the outlet to the hull, and standard hand tools. A paper drilling template comes with the instructions; print it at actual size (scale "none" or "actual size").
What's included?
Silicone hose, 3.2 inch billet anodised outlet, bulkhead, block off plate, seven stainless bolts and two hose clamps, plus the instructions with a paper drilling template. The outlet comes in Stealth Black, Race Red, Nitro Blue or Ultra Violet.
How big a job is the install?
Set aside an afternoon. There are 16 steps: you remove the seat support, crossover hose, sound baffle and foam, disconnect the steering, trim and reverse, and pull the pump bracket and reduction nozzle to get access before drilling.
